The Cascan Regime
Long after the assasination of the entire Ruling Council, and the fortuitous rescue of Lord Casca from the Followers of Armageddon in Ilshenar, a new Royal Council decided to crown a new King to help unify the Kingdom during the Shadow War: Lord Casca. This is the beginning of that tale, which continues on in Pauper's Plan with the Royal Spies and with the lackey Enforcer Morton. More may also be learned in the BNN meta-fiction.
