Lady Warner,
It has come to the attention of the Magincian Stonecutter's Guild (M.S.G.) that order #3456-MZ-Yew is not in proper order, and thus could not be delivered to the Library of Sosaria, Yew (72o 26'N 39o 18'W) on November 15 of last year.
This order's waybill is missing a signature critical to the smooth operation of the guild and its associates.
Until such time as Lady Z'muir deigns to grace our office with her presence and sign the necessary documents, the order will sit in our warehouse in Trinsic.
Please cease your incessant pestering of our office clerks and quarry foreman; you have already caused two of our staff to request reassignment.
If you continue to harass those in our employ we may seek appropriate legal recourse against you and your guild.
