Bio:
Charles the Guard is a guard in the City of Nujel'M. He can best be described as semi-competent (save when he's drinking which appears to be a tad too often given the responsibilities he, like all guards, is charged with), steadfast, and none-too-bright. Charles was known in Nujel'M as the "Armed Drunkard," but was generally considered harmless. Like many of the citizens of Nujel'M, he doesn't like foreigners.

He came to a form of prominence when he arrested an operative of the Britannian Ministry of Security on murder charges which were later shown to be trumped-up. "Harmless" indeed.
