Bio:
Charles the Guard is a guard in the City of Nujel'M. He can best be described as semi-competent (save when he's drinking which appears to be a tad too often given the responsibilities he, like all guards, is charged with), steadfast, and none-too-bright. Charles was known in Nujel'M as the "Armed Drunkard," but was generally considered harmless. Like many of the citizens of Nujel'M, he doesn't like foreigners. He's also considered someone an experienced spy could sneak past in his or her sleep.
He came to a form of prominence when he arrested an operative of the Britannian Ministry of Security on murder charges which were later shown to be trumped-up. "Harmless" indeed.
