I am not bothering to
encode this message since
you had so much trouble
with the last one. I am
offering you the same
deal I'm giving the other
tribes and camps. You
will attack merchant and
other caravans. You will
avoid any military patrol
flying the blue flag. If
you are approached by a
military patrol with such
a flag, use the signal
lantern to signal. You will
send word if you see any
military group flying any
other flag. For each
merchant caravan you
attack (assuming you keep
the official travel papers
as proof), we will pay you
an additional 10,000 gold
beyond the spoils you get
from the caravan. You
can take this in gold or
weapons. My
