Tybalt stands behind the bar in the Counselor's Hall in Britain ready to give information regarding the Event Moderators and their activities. He will even give you a hug if requested...
Note: Tybalt was part of the first EM event on Great Lakes in January of 2009. The event was based off of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, and was set after the titular couple's demise. Within the context of the play, Tybalt is Juliet's cousin who was slain by Romeo after a duel with Mercutio.
