Bio:
Sweet Maid Sally first became known to us as an operative of the vicious pirate Maggie Keel ("Maggie the Red"). Her primary tasks were a combination of subterfuge and seduction, and she appears to have been at least mid-level in Maggie the Red's Crew. She was charged with multiple major contacts with the Bane Chosen, one of which led directly to the murder of Queen Dawn. Sally was not, however, with Maggie when the Britannian Government finally caught up with, and slew, the latter.
Sally was seen again in Felucca, attempting to encourage people to disrupt the Empath Abbey's Festival of the Grape by stealing the grapes, and in various other places doing various other nefarious things. She was affiliated with the criminal group Apex.
As an Apex operative, she undertook two critical, and related, actions: She opened up a casino on Fire Island, and became Mayor of Vesper. The latter was related to the former because the previous corrupt Mayor of Vesper was forced from office as a result of gambling away all his money at Sally's casino.
Despite her known criminal afiliations Sally has been able to successfully maintain a facade of legitimacy in Vesper, and was careful to not cause unfriendly relations with the capital city of Britain or the country of Britannia. Indeed, she executed her Apex colleague, Margreta of Trinsic.
Sally for the moment remains in Vesper, in her position, and beyond reach.
