Bio:

  • Earliest Known History

Sherry the Mouse is, as her name implies, a mouse. She has had a long history in our realm, and has had quite the impact on events, though for most of her history her impact was indirect.

Before the Casca/Shadowlords/Inu the Crone matter started, Sherry was most famous for authoring book called My Story, within which the existence of different Shards was revealed. The book originated from a conversation Sherry overheard between Lord British and Lord Blackthorn.

  • Sherry's Return

After a long absence, Sherry appeared again on a fateful day when Castle Britannia was under attack by untold numbers of rats. Sherry somehow made sure the rats would not return, and proceeded to make herself a fixture at Lord British's castle, befriending the once-haughty, turned-humble noble named Aileen, and regularly wandering the castle, making new friends and exchanging pleasantries with friends already made.

At some Sherry was hired as a reporter, and filed several stories from Magincia during the demonic attacks on that city.

  • Sherry and the Assault on the Royal Council

Sherry at some point was put on Royal Council; it is not clear when.

An uncovered letter from Aileen to Francesco reveals that Aileen and Sherry caught wind of the impending attack on the Council, and tried to warn the other members, but failed. Because they fled the scene before the massacre occurred, Aileen and Sherry thus survived it.

Aileen and Sherry both went into hiding for a long while.

  • Sherry and Casca

There is some evidence that Sherry had been suspicious of Casca for a long while, presumably tipped off by Casca's rapid ascent through the ranks, from Prosecutor to Ambassador to Member of the Royal Council.

Casca's ascent to the throne no doubt made Sherry even more suspicious. As she first began to appear from hiding to voice her suspicions, mousetraps began to appear throughout Castle British. Though Casca, in an interview, specifically pinned the mousetraps on Magnus Grey and denied they had anything to do with Sherry, in retrospect it can be fairly and accurately presumed that in actual fact they had everything to do with Sherry.

As Casca's evil became more and more obvious, Sherry emerged as a full-fledged leader of the resistance. It is suspected, though never confirmed or denied through official channels, that she opened a line of communication between the resistance and the imprisoned Ricardo and Avery. She was also revealed to be a friend of Dawn's, and Dawn's first few times being granted assistance by Magnus Grey's Royal Spies revolved around Dawn's attempts to locate Sherry so the two could confer.

  • Sherry under Queen Dawn

That Sherry had a role of some kind in Dawn's ascent to the throne is largely beyond question, though the nature of that role is not well-known. Due to Sherry's long experience --she is at present the last known, living link to Lord British-- and her friendship with now-Queen Dawn, it can be safely presumed that she is serving in some kind of advisory capacity to the young Queen.

Sherry has been singled out for scorn by the human supremacist group the Brothers of Valor.
