Bio:
Sam Oxley is a former bank employee and Royal Aide. The kind of person every royal house needs, who doesn't mind a flexible job description and isn't locked into having a daily routine. He served under the Royal Council, Casca, Queen Dawn, and the Assembly of Lords and Guilds. Being a true patriot and loyalist, he assisted the Royal Spies in working against Casca, and for awhile became a wanted man, hunted by Casca's vile Enforcers. He survived the Casca regime and served under Queen Dawn until her death, then worked under --not for but under-- the Assembly of Lords and Guilds. Oxley was one of a number of competent, quiet bureaucrats who kept the facade of national unity alive while the Kingdom fell apart. He and the others like him kept things from getting much worse.
Oxley, unfortunately, was killed by the criminal group Apex during a gigantic riot in the City of Britain. Apex felt it would benefit from increased chaos.
