Race: Human

Gender: Male

Location: Various; his head was last seen in Britain

Alignment: Evil

Status: Dead

Bio:

Little was known of Philip Stafford (known as Pip, a name he was not fond of) before he ended up as Queen Dawn's Secretary, but the highest levels of the Britannian Government saw little if any reason to mistrust him, and appeared to be highly competent.  Those two factors are likely how Pip ended up as Queen Dawn's personal secretary.  And it may be how the pompous Lord Kendall came to elevate Pip to the post of Minister of Security after unjustly removing Magnus Grey from that post.

The highest levels of the government, however, were wrong.  Pip was a traitor, a spy and plant for Virtuebane and the vile Bane Chosen.  He led loyal and competent agents of the government into many traps, and likely had them gather infromation for the enemy.  Fortunately, though out of power and out of his position, the true Minster of Security, Magnus Grey, caught onto Pip's treachery, and informed the Queen, forcing Pip to turn to his master, Virtuebane.

Pip was pursued on several occasions, but unfortunately eluded captured long enough to play a major role in murdering Queen Dawn.  After that, capture was no longer an option.

Pip was tracked down and killed (he had somehow assumed the form and power of a demonic entity of some kind and was thus a difficult fight).  For a time his head decorated a post outside the Counselor's Guild in West Britain.

It is not specifically known what made Pip turn.  If, indeed, he was not evil all along after all.
