Lupus Morgan is a gypsy of Ilshenar, who has been variously encountered by the Royal Guard and the Royal Spies. He was first met at the Rock Dungeon in Ilshenar, wherein he offered assistance finding the true Bell of Courage in exchange for assistance finding various rare reagents. Later, he asked for and received help from the Britannian government, specifically the Royal Guard in helping his village (the gypsy "town" south of the Ancient Citadel in Ilshenar) fight off ratmen of unusual size and power.
Lupus, it turned out, was also a werewolf. His condition had been assisted somewhat through the efforts of Ginger Jardine, however Ginger's remedies didn't last forever, and she had to improve them with the assistance of the Brtiannian Royal Spies.
The bell is no longer in Lupus's hands. Rather, it is being guarded directly by the Crown.
