Bio:
Lord Marstan is a noble of the City of Nujel'M. Like much of the nobility, especially in a backwater like Nujel'M, his only significant occupation appears to be being noble.
Lord Marstan has several odd things that distinguish him. He was a witness of sorts in a strange incident wherein an employee of the Britannian Ministry of Security was falsely accused of a murder. Lord Marstan had evidence that have helped clear her, but he held his tongue until it was nearly too late for fear of losing his position. Lord Marstan's father was murdered, or at least had gone missing, some years prior, under circumstances not entirely clear but were rumored to have something to do with vampirism. Seems the nobles of Nujle'M lost control of the city for awhile, to a gang of vampires. Apparently at least in-part due to his father's death, Marstan was something of a paranoiac, and sought to protect himself from supernatural forces using various items of a supernatural origin. Marstan was known as a sleepwalker, an ailment considered demonic in the backwater city of Nujel'M.
Marstan's oddities, familial and personal, hadn't escaped the citizens of Nujel'M, thus in-part leading to Marstan's obsessive fears of the danger of losing his position.
