Aileen remained in hiding throughout the Cascan Regime, and has yet to be seen publicly.
Aileen was an noble who was seen in Lord British's castle in Britain, during the Inu the Crone events (the ominous "prologue" that the realm was to experience during the attacks of the Shadowlords and the horrors of Casca's regime.).
During her earliest appearances at the castle, Aileen was visibly and unapologetically haughty and arrogant, disliking her new life at the castle and thinking of herself as above the other visitors, guests, and residents at the castle.
Over time, however, she changed her ways (having seemingly finally learned the Virtue of Humility), and attributed her earlier arrogance to anger at being dislocated from her original home to the castle, and apologized. She also became friends with Sherry the Mouse, whom she had previously scorned. (Sherry is, after all, still technically a rodent, though a much-beloved one.)
Lady Aileen attempted to warn Lord Francesco of the Followers of Armageddon's plot to kill the Royal Council. She and Sherry the Mouse fled Castle British shortly before members of the Followers of Armageddon used glass daggers to slay the entirety of the Ruling Council and take Lord Casca "captive."
Aileen has not been seen since, but Sherry the Mouse has assured everyone of her safety.
We may presume that she is back at home, leading the life she did before her time at the castle. We may also presume that she is probably a better person for her trials.
