Bio:
Joachim the Artificer is a crafter of some kind, based out of the Tokuno Islands. (It is not known if he is a native of the Island or one of the many Britannians who moved in after the facet was opened up to us.
He assisted us in making a false Scion, in an attempt to trick the Ophidians into ending the War of the Artificed Scion (the attacks the initiated after Ricardo the Thief stole their real Scion). The attempt to trick the Ophidians failed, but Joachim's efforts were appreciated as was his low price (he basically asked for drinks and materials).
