Jeram the Third is a descendant of the long-deceased Jeram the Wise, a scholar of knowledge on elementals.
Jeram the Third came to the attention of the Royal Spies when he his assistance was needed to help uncover certain lost materials of the elder Jeram's work. The work was blocked by various Undead guardians and riddles, which Jeram the Third had hitherto been unable to defeat or solve. The Spies, however, proved more than up to the task.
Jeram appears to be following in the family business, and appears to be somewhat patriotic, as he became much less suspicious and much more cooperative when his sudden, well-armed visitors identified themselves as being on the staff of the Ministry of Security. Beyond these, very little is known of him.
