Bio:
Imperus Noxum was a villain who was opposed mostly by the Royal Guard, as well as the Royal Spies to a degree. He was a very strange "person," if that term can be applied to such a being.

He began life as Isaac Norwall, a young mage and scholar at the Lycaeum. He was known to be very bright, but deathly afraid of combat. Often when threatened he would summon creatures and run away, and claim victory even as his summons were felled. (He continued this pattern, by the way, after he became Imperus Noxum.)

At some point he grew obsessed with the notion of power, and who deserved it, and who didn't. He authored a brief treatise on the subject, recording his bitter, rambling thoughts for all posterity.

At some point he began to experiment with poison magics, believing them to be powerful.

As is often the case, the more he experiment with dark, powerful, dangerous magics, the more his darker tendencies were nourished and rewarded. Until, finally, Imperus Noxum emerged, and replaced Isaac Norwall entirely.

Imperus Noxum came to the attention of the Royal Guard through a number of poison related evil plots, the first and most prominent of which was the poisoning of the farms in the west part of Britain, a plot for which the orcs initially took blame. He also framed the Royal Guard Commander, Tomas Savos, for various crimes. (The Commander proved at the end of the day to be guilty only of stupidity and being too inexperienced for the position thrust upon him.) He delighted in misleading the Guard, at times floating the notion that he wasn't actually the evil one but rather great evils had been done in his name, and also attempting to get the Guard to do his bidding.

Imperus had taken great care to make himself well-near invulnerable. There were, however, a few known ways he could be killed. One of them involved the polymorph spell. However, he met his end through more conventional means. He hooked up at some point with the similar Cult of Styx, and became embroiled in their efforts to unleash a plague upon the City of Yew. He was found in the Cult's lair, in vulnerable physical form, and overcome physically, along with Poxcrafter, the cult's undead leader.
