Bio:
Goro was the son of Hotaru, a Tokuneese sailor, who was abducted by the forces of Pauper and forced into slave labor for the initial blackrock bomb experimentation. A note found by the Royal Spies on the island where the research was being conducted seems to indicate that he had been near death at the time of its writing.
