Bio:
Antaeus the Brute was a troglodyte, the King of his vile "people" until he was pushed out by Lurg. Exiled from the Painted Caves, he wandered the land until he encountered a "strange man," presumably this was Casca/Pauper, offered him more. He joined up with Casca and killed many, even considered himself King again. He was slain by the Royal Spies.

Casca seemed, now that I think about it, to prey upon those who once were powerful and mean and cruel and evil, and remained the last 3 but had been pushed out of the first 1 by circumstance. Or, even more often, as a logical consequence of their own actions.
