Bio:
Andy is, by appearances thus far, a run-of-the-mill government operative, save that his field of operation is the Yew Prison, which means he is a bureaucrat who is armed and charged with one of the most difficult non-field/non-military duties a public official can be asked to perform. He appears competent. He came to some prominence because he was the Guard with whom the Ministry of Security spoke when the Ministry was investigating the attack of the Bane Chosen and the Demon Conclave on the prison, and attempting to round up prisoners who had escaped during that attack. Andy was considered helpful.
