It is because of our friendship that I am merely sending this letter instead of sending Kabur to collect the gold and resources you owe to Apex's coffers. These dues of membership are not something that can be paid on whim or fancy. They are necessary for the forward momentum of our plans in Britannia. You understood this when you were granted membership.
I have sent ships to escort the merchant ships carrying the gold to Trinsic. I also expect to know the reason for these delays.
