Followers of Armageddon
A chaotic cult that wishes to 'cleanse' the world by wiping out all life with the Armageddon Spell. They often are associated with more powerful and destructive groups (e.g. the Shadowlords), but the group has shown itself to be rather dangerous on its own. The group's major acts include casting a spell that ripped open passage to the Lost Lands and murder of the Royal Council. The group fashions its activities on the work of Zog, a mythical person who supposedly lived 700,000 years ago and destroyed civilization with the Armageddon Spell. The group devotes its lives to the eight mysteries Zog discovered in his lifetime before perishing on a barren empty world.
Fellowship
A mysterious groups based out of the Village of Dawn that follow three principles:
1. Strive For Unity
2. Trust Thy Brother
3. Worthiness Precedes Reward
The group does a great deal of charity, but Minister Grey currently worries about the group's involvement in the death of Ors and recruitment of military assets. The village of Dawn is also a source of some great magic of an unknown nature.
Crimson Dragons
The Crimson Dragons entered our world during the War of Shadows. They are intelligent, powerful, and malevolent. Their might is balanced by an opposing dragon group, the Platinum Dragons. Information from the Platinum dragons suggest that the Crimson's violent nature results in their population being younger than the Platinums. Most of these dragons were killed during the final days of the War of Shadows. Several breeding nests were destroyed at this time as well.
Minister Grey has put word out to find and recover a Crimson Dragon egg.
Platinum Synod
The government of our allies, the Platinum Dragons. While none of its members appear openly hostile to Britannia, many do not consider humanity highly. The most aggressive members of the Synod are the Torn Wings, those who carry scars from battles with the Crimsons. Known allied Platinum dragons are Adelais, Aenvral, and of course, Mirendel.
Donald Stitches
A minor criminal from Vesper who often has his hands in the wrong business. (Magnus Note: We need to take care of this him of these days).
Wintaire
A mysterious group of elf assassins based out of Sanctuary. A new player?
Bane Chosen
The human allies of the demon Virtuebane. Considered disbanded. Rumors say that Virtuebane transformed his army into hellhounds who were killed in the final battle for Magincia.
Elemental Titans
A group of intelligent elementals of great power who actively scheme and work against each other. In recent accounts, only Stratos and Lithos have been seen. Stratos was fickle but willing to work with Britannia. Lithos summoned a cult of liches against Britannia.
Minax
The apprentice and lover of Mondain, Minax has attacked the kingdom on several occasions. She and her faction are considered a hostile party.
Wisps
Mysterious magical beings that travel between worlds and broker in information. The Royal Spies have had some dealings with them.
