John Teruli was a Royal Guard stationed in Britain during the Cascan Regime, and was subordinate to Tomas Savos during his tenure as Captain. Mister Teruli was called as a witness during both trials of Captain Savos where he testified to the apparent 'nervousness' of the Captain, and called his competence into question.
