Dean Baker was taken captive by the Brothers of Valor during a meeting with his counterpart from Ver Lor Reg, Arulem. He was held by the Brothers in a cave that was accessed by a moongate in the higest mine of Mt. Kendall. The Royal Spies rescued him from the human supremacists, and he has returned to duty.
