I hereby decrees that the lowly scoundrel known as Petabug must be punished.
For crimes against Lord British's realm he must be captured.
Crime:
He dare use profane and racial comments against upstanding citizens of Yew. As one bystander quoted Petabug, "Attack the innocent, for Lord British is dead!"
