I am so proud to be a Castle Guard finally, I worked so hard at the outpost around the city and wrote letters for so long, I could barely believe I finally made it! I do regret leaving family behind, and I do miss my love. I often find an excuse to go visit her, claiming I need supplies. I fear she think this relationship won't work, but I must continue to try.

I work hard as I can here, and my work is being noticed! I have secured a small house in Britain for some friends when they want to come visit me, no reason they should have to stay at an inn with all the benefits working here provides. I just wish my love would try and move here.
