Entry 20
I seem to be full of mistakes these days. Leaving the location of the crystal upon the town wall, even in code, seems to have been a bad idea. I did not think anyone would bother going to Ral'clur to look at the thing and yet I've reports of dozens upon dozens of seekers of adventure that have done just that. I've decided to have the wall broken into three pieces and scattered around the lands. To further insure that nothing disturbs the sections my fellows and I from Ral'clur will be placing guardians at the locations to further dissuade the casual, if not out right bold, adventurer from seeking out the pieces.
Entry 23
We have finally gotten away from Moonglow and crossed back to the ruins of Ral'clur. It looks strangely peaceful here now. Mostly rolling hills and trees are all that remain. Our stonemason has split the wall into three segments and we will begin moving them tomorrow. On a side note, one of the apprentices says he saw larcalin lurking in the woods. I highly doubt this, but if our brother is still alive, I hope he will come to us soon.
Entry 24
We have chosen Wyvern Isle for one of the resting places for the wall. Difficult to reach and a native population of wyverns should do us well. We have set a magic net over the area that will summon forth guardians should anyone trespass too closely to the wall segment.
Entry 25
Section two is now safely hidden in the valley of the monocular men. I pity anyone that crosses them or their huge brethren. Another magical net was set over the immediate area should anyone manage to make it this far.
Entry 30
It took us sometime, but we have finally hidden and secured the final section of the wall. In all my time here, I have never seen anyone visit the Heb area. Let us hope this remains true. Once again, we have set a magical net over the immediate area to protect the wall piece.
Entry 34
I suppose I should apologize to my descendants for this translation. With the trouble we have had, I felt it best to use this runic language instead of writing plainly. I have heard that my other notebook is still safe, although the candle was stolen. While this concerns me slightly, I find it unlikely that anyone will find the candle and think to use it for reading. It would not do them any good unless the wall was complete either.
