Bio:
The 'Strange Bird' is an annoyingly smug avian who occasionally shows up to taunt the Royal Spies during and after battles. He sometimes has useful information to impart, however he is usually rather cryptic and seems far more interested in eating the eyes of the fallen.
When the Bird first appeared, it was as an employee, if such a concept can be applied to a bird, of the corrupt and evil King Pro Tempere, Casca. Following Casca's ultimate overthrow and demise, the Strange Bird came into the employ (is service a better word, perhaps?) of the demon librarian Bartholomew. However, the Strange Bird ultimately betrayed Bartholomew, and is not known to have an employer (master?).
The Bird betrayed Bartholomew because, at the moment, doing so created more corpses, hence more eyes to eat. For a similar reason, it has offered information to the Royal Spies to assist them battle the Demon Conclave.
The Strange Bird's coming is sometimes heralded by the arrival of other birds. It is also known to leave feathers in its wake.
