Bio:
Baldur is a high-ranking member of the Demon Conclave. His job appears to be that of a thug, or enforcer, for the mysterious, at-time-of-writing-unknown head of the Demon Conclave. His counterpart in matters more subtle appears to be Nether.
Baldur has been the nemesis of the Royal Spies on several occasions. His direct minions are formidable foes, but he himself has not yet been engaged in combat.
Like most demons of particular power or import, he appears to look down at humanity, elves, gargoyles, and presumably the other races as well.
