Title: False Authority

Author: John Cullen


Order and Authority versus Chaos and Freedom. Some call this the defining conflict of our age. The problem is that most people side with Order and reduce the argument to “Good versus Evil.” This is a false argument. I argue that good comes from the noble actions of a free people as much as any noble title.

I reject the limitations of Order and a Virtue system that could so easily be abused by tyrant after tyrant. I reject kings and queens, no matter how they gain such power. I reject further oppression and tyranny even if it hides behind a hero queen’s victory. I reject the attempts by such a “hero” to further consolidate power by meeting with another unyielding central power. I reject kings and queens for human, elf, and gargoyle.

I am doing this for freedom. To Chaos!
