Testimony: I dropped off
a couple of ham hocks
and beef cuts. They
needed them for the
week. I did a big order for them last week for a
big state dinner. That
must have been some
party. Paid pretty well,
though the Castle kitchen
is always generous. I was
able to take my girl,
Patty, out to dinner at the Cat's Lair with the
money I made from that
big dinner. Don't know
