At last my time and
effort are paying off.
I've found the correct
crystal to contact the
Planes.
The device tho
primitive shows
promise.
A voice... one so
beautiful and pure. It
calls itself Shabti. I
believe this is the
being I have been
searching for all my
life.
Shabti promises to bring balance to the world. What could be good and evil or reason and emotion? Shabti is all these things and more. If only I could bring Shabti here. Shabti says all things here are split... and that only by bringing the one to the land can the split be mended. Once all is united the lands shall flourish.
I hear more of reason and emotion and the split of these here. I wonder if there is any danger to my research... but the good of the land comes first. I continue looking for a way to bring Shabti to these realms and thus unite the divided. In the ancient text I find mention of rituals of summoning.
These books of power mention the one divided... The one who will unite. The rituals of summoning are only vageuly outlined.
It would seem that one who represents balance would have to summon Shabti. Balance for Balance. This would be done in a place of power.
I must search now... for I am not one of balance. Whom may I find to do this for me?
I have still not found one of balance to perform the ceremony for Shabti. I have however, identify the conduit needed for the spell...
It says here that one who was raised in evil.. but yet remains innocent can act as a conduit to this world. The one united drawn to the one who is seeking balance. So now I must find a summoner and a conduit. I shall start my search on the morrow...
I have found a summoner, they owe me a favor and are willing to try and help me. The conduit is giving me much more trouble. While many feel evil, they are also tainted inside. I must continue my search for an innocent.
I have the list of portal ingredients now. Many are odd, but I have copied the list here with my notes.

7) A pair of warm protectors in black and blue.

1O) The sustenance of Paradise.
11) Gaia's Treasures
12) Visions of the future that lay deep in Deception.
13) Metal bound container to be held by the conduit containing all items in order to bind reason and emotion together.
