Dear Margreta,
The reasons for my delay are failings of Apex that were outside my control. The amount of gold I poured into the Victory and Eccleston's naval failures was considerable. Part of my arrangement with Apex was control of Minoc's resources. This promise was not fulfilled, yet I am expected to bankroll from my personal wealth some Juka power play and random disruptions across the globe.
I have money from my family that I can draw from, but I need assurances that my needs and goals will not be forgotten.
