Bio:

Helga has at least two distinctions.  Firstly she is among the few known female members of the Bane Chosen, a group of evil humans who worship, follow, and fight for the demon lord Virtuebane.  Secondly, she was the Bane Chosen's chief negotiator when Virtuebane sought an alliance with the Jogoku-Oni, a group of Tokunoese "Oni" demons who have long had an unusual and disturbing relationship with the Tokunoese Empress.  Helga sought to get the Jokugu-Oni to join the cause of Virtuebane, but thanks to representatives of the Britannian government, her negotiations failed.  She has not been seen since.
