Tess Midnight

Bio:
Tess Midnight is a long-time Royal Spy of Britannia, though she appears to be just about freelance these days. She appears to have come into service slightly before Magnus Gray and James and trained them.

Tess came to the attention of the current crop of the Royal Spies as nearly-anonymous messages, and then not many, sent from her to Magnus Gray. She had gone missing sometime during the Casca regime; it now appears as though she caught onto something bad going on and just....left.

She only met them following Magnus's imprisonment by Casca. Tess stepped up and assumed the role of Spymaster/resistance leader temporarily, sending Magnus's agents on mission that involved investigating a fraudulent Bell of Courage and ended up resulting in Magnus's being regained by the Spies.

Her whereabouts, and her employer, are not currently known.
