Sebastian was some kind of official in the Britannian Royal Guard. He either lived in or worked out of a little hut in the courtyard of Castle Britannia. His most notable exploit appears to have been his involvement in the Royal Guard choosing between Inu the Crone's and Grizenda the Hag's contrasting methods to resurrect Finarfin.
