When the government of Britannia wished to help the Fellowship with a shipment of supplies for the poor from Skara Brae to Paws, they were helped by a man who'd given them information earlier. Little is known about him save that he is extremely strong, he is a peasant, he is from Skara Brae, he is or appears to be desperately poor, and he knows little of how big the world is or how it works.
