Persephone is a very strange women, found on a bridge south of the Moongate in the City of Zento, in the Tokuno Islands. She has been encountered a few times, by the Royal Spies and the Royal Guard, usually as a source of arcane, strange information not easily obtainable by other sources. She usually seems vaguely detached from her surroundings.
