Bio:

Marcel was one of two Royal Spies assigned to a listening post near the demon-infested, ruined City of Montor, near the Chaos Gate in Ilshenar.  The other assigned was Cole, who has met with a much less pleasant fate.  He appears to be a competent, loyal operative, to the point of refusing to join a Spy assault on Montor because assaulting Montor wasn't in his orders.  He chose instead to go back to Britain.

He was later seen again, still performing his scout duties with great competence.  He was now spying on the Demon General of Nightmare's armies in Montor, and provided the whereabouts of three structures the demons had erected in Montor which needed to be destroyed.
