Thomas Miller

Occupation: Once, Prosecutor; now, unknown

Race: Human

Gender: Male

Location: Unknown, was often seen in Britain or in various secret courtrooms

Alignment: More neutral than anything

Status: Living

Bio:
Thomas Miller was a lawyer, who served as a Royal Prosecutor during the reign of King Pro Tempere Casca, whom of course we now know was a false, corrupt, evil, vile king.

After Casca's reign of terror was ended, Miller was arrested and tried for his role in Casca's corrupt show trials, convicting people of non-crimes on the basis of flimsy evidence, and often sending them to their deaths or worse. His own trial afforded him far more of a chance.

His crimes posed something of a philosophical puzzle. The evidence suggested that his crimes, his participation in the oppression of Casca, was at once voluntary and involuntary, that he had qualms about what he was doing, but overcame them with comparative ease.

He was ultimately convicted but given a comparatively light, merciful sentence. He has seldom been heard from since.
