Bio:
Baldur is a high-ranking member of the Demon Conclave, one of three demonic Generals. There were three: a General of Knowledge, one of Nightmares, and one of BLoodlust. Buldur was the General of Bloodlust. Buldur's job appeared to be that of a thug, or enforcer, for the mysterious head of the Demon Conclave, whom we now know is the demon lord Virtuebane. Buldur's counterpart in matters more subtle appeared to be Nether.
Like most demons of particular power or import, he appears to look down at humanity, elves, gargoyles, and presumably the other races as well.
Baldur had been the nemesis of the Royal Spies on several occasions. His direct minions are formidable foes, but he waited for a long time to directly engage the Royal Spies in combat. One result of this was that he lasted longer than the other Generals did. He finally, however, met his end in Montor, where he had been forming and training a vast demonic army for the Conclave, and his master, Virtuebane.
