Title: Attainder of Kendal

Resolved, That Ecgweard Byrthfert Kendal shall, by Act of the Assembly of Lords and Guilds, be attainted of High Treason, for divers crimes and misdemeanors; And that the Attainder shall relate to the First Day of September, of this year.
Ordered. That Ecgweard Byrthfert Kendal shall be deemed a fugitive, such that any and all loyal subjects of Britannia be empowered to kill Ecgweard Byrthfert Kendal on sight.
Ordered. That the title and lands of Ecgweard Byrthfert Kendal are forfeit to the Crown; as are his goods and chattels, tenements, and hereditaments of any estate of freehold or inheritance in the said kingdom of Britannia.
