Bio:

Gene is a guard of the City of Trinsic.  He was encountered by agents of the Britannian goevrnment in pursuit of Ors, Queen Dawn's husband who had participated in her murder (albeit when under Virtuebane's thrall).  The Guard had denied entrance to Ors; the nervous city had blocked access through the infamous "Smuggler's Gate" (south city gate) to any who couldn't state their business.  Ors couldn't, and was turned away, not recognized by the guard, at least not enough to be apprehended.
