Dear Philip,
I am placing you in the role of the Queen's private secretary since I want you to be my eyes and ears. The Queen is very young, and I need to know ahead of time what mistakes she may make so I can coax her in the right direction. In particular, her promotion of Minister Grey is troubling. He is a commoner from the city of Britain who has no business in such a position.
