Bio:

Pebblestealer is an Imp in the City of Montor, in Ilshenar, largely unexceptional.  Save for the fact that he appears to be a keen observer, and willing to sell what he has observed.  Indeed, for the low price of a few glitting gems, Pebblestealer gave the Royal Spies information that led to them being able to track one of their own who had been seduced into the Bane Chosen.
