Bio:
Paule Steele is a guard in the City of Serpent's Hold. Little is known of him. By coincidence he was stationed outside the Fire Dungeon one night, and was encountered by the Royal Spies. He provided suggestions helping the Spies chase down members of the Evening Star Ninjas.
