Bio:
The Brotherhood of the Evening Star is a vicious group of Ninja-Assassins, based out of Travesty's Dungeon (known as The Citadel) in the Tokuno Islands. They have of late been in the employ of the Demon Conclave, and have targeted the Royal Spies of Security Minister Gray.
They are bold, competent, and utterly ruthless. They have attacked the Royal Spy Headquarters itself, and the High Council of Britannia. They have killed several Royal Spies, and successfully took back Bertrand the Demonic Scholar, who had betrayed the Conclave.
They have made inroads into the City of Vesper, forcing out at least some of Vesper's native/criminal element.
