Bio:
Selcius is a Royal Astronomer with a keen interest in interdimensional rifts. His duties keep him at the large telescope on the eastern side of Verty Isle, so he often asks adventurers to bring him information and data concerning rifts.

Bringing him the sextant coordinates of various rifts around the shard helped him to locate a special rift far south of the Humility Shrine in Ilshenar. Saying "Roclasmpy" near the rock by the grove of blackened trees gives access.
