The Skull of Mondain will speak to those willing to listen and act on its behalf. It still rests in the Void Shadow Dungeon which can be entered at 18o33′N 60o11′W in Ilshenar near the ancient stone.
(The teleporter has been fixed to the room with the skull. It is around the stone there and no longer requires any word for entry. The Skull’s goals can be learned with the words “desires” or “wishes.”)
