Bio:
Douglas Edwards is a prosecutor of some kind, who was charged with prosecuting Tomas Savos. Technically, the prosecution was a success. However, as it was performed under the Cascan regime, and there were specific reasons to doubt that Savos was criminal as opposed to merely incompetent, the conviction fell under Queen Dawn's general pardon of prisoners of the Casca regime.
Also not known, or at the very least this author couldn't find out for sure, is whether or not Mr. Edwards was just doing his job, or was more of a participant in the evils of the regime, as some prosecutors clearly were.
