Hints for Dexter’s Code

1. The cipher is a substitution cipher, so the order is the same in both the coded and decoded message. Also, as with any substitution cipher, the letter or symbol in the message is actually something else.
2. The cipher has at least one symbol or letter for each letter in the alphabet. The 13 most common letters (acdehilnorstu) have two for this cipher.
3. The cipher symbols used are: abc def ghi jkl mno pqr stu vwx yz1 234 567 89? /&!
4. The original alphabet would look something like this: abc def ghi jkl mno pqr stu vwx yza cde hil nor stu
5. The cipher uses groups of 3 symbols.
More clues on Friday if no one has solved it yet.
